We're committed to searching and finding driving test cancellations for you, but we know it isn't always possible to find cancellation slots due to limited availability. This is why you can claim a full refund under our Money Back Guarantee agreement if:
- You request a refund within 60 days of purchasing our service
AND
- We haven't offered you a test date that matches your search settings
AND
- You (or anyone on your behalf) haven't already changed your test date. If you plan to change your test outside of our service, you must request a refund from us before doing so - otherwise, you'll no longer be eligible for a refund
We also pride ourselves on our reliability and efficiency. However, there may be situations beyond our control that prevent us from providing alternate test dates. In such cases, we can't accept responsibility or liability.
